CG Sports delivers cricket and sports equipment across India. International shipping may also be available for selected products and locations.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable on all orders. Shipping costs depend on the product, package weight and dimensions, and delivery location. The applicable shipping charges will be shown or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

For most standard cricket equipment orders, shipping charges may generally be around ₹250–₹300, but the actual shipping charge may vary depending on the product, package weight, dimensions and delivery location.

Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days after the order has been confirmed and processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after the required payment has been successfully received. Processing time may vary depending on product availability.

Delivery Delays
CG Sports is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect address or contact information, weather conditions, public holidays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Address & Contact Information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and working contact number. CG Sports is not responsible for delivery failure or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged Package/Product
If a package or product appears damaged upon delivery, customers should contact CG Sports as soon as possible with clear photographs and an unboxing video so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

International Shipping
International shipping availability and charges depend on the destination, product, package weight and applicable courier/customs requirements. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes or other destination-country charges.
