Refund policy

CG Sports does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or any other personal reason.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. After verification, CG Sports will arrange a replacement/exchange at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

Exchange for Customer Preference:
If you want to exchange a product for a different size, model, variant, or due to a change of mind, the exchange may be allowed at CG Sports' discretion. In such cases, all applicable shipping/delivery charges for the exchange will be paid by the customer.

No Change-of-Mind Returns:
Products cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.

Condition for Exchange:
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.

Refunds:
CG Sports does not provide refunds. Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or exchange only.

Note: Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
